2. Our Services
CV Experts UK provides professional CV writing, cover letter writing, CV formatting, and LinkedIn profile optimisation services. All services are delivered digitally via email. We serve clients across the United Kingdom and internationally.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Payment is required in full before work begins. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and assigned to a professional CV writer within 24 hours.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued.
4. Delivery
Completed CVs and documents are delivered via email to the address provided at checkout. Standard delivery is within 48 hours of order confirmation and receipt of any required information from the client.
We recommend checking your junk or spam folder throughout the process. CV Experts UK cannot accept liability for orders sent but not received due to spam filters.
5. Revisions Policy
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. As part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, we offer free unlimited lifetime revisions on all CV writing orders.
Revision requests must be sent to info@cvexpertsuk.co.uk. Revisions cover changes to content, formatting, and structure based on your feedback.
Please note: revisions do not apply if you have significantly changed the scope or requirements from the original order.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and personalised nature of our services, we do not offer cash refunds once work has been delivered. If you are unhappy with your CV, we will revise it until you are fully satisfied, as outlined in Section 5 above.
